Typical me– I have another idea again.
These past few weeks I’ve been picking up some tips people have been throwing around the office. While writing them down in my little gray notebook I realized these gems should be shared with more ears than just mine. And so Lauren’s Lessons was born.

Be Mindful Of Your Role- Louis Gump, CEO
When working on a team project, make sure your role is crystal clear. Know exactly where your colleague’s job ends and where your responsibilities begin. Being conscious of your role not only promotes healthy communication at the office, but it also helps you stay on task. This preventative measure also ensures that nothing is missed or forgotten in the busy work process. It seems like quite a simple premise at first, but the more you think about it, the more you realize how often this little lesson is overlooked.
